Refund policy

The buyer (consumer) has the right to notify ALLFLEX d.o.o. in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods that he/she withdraws from the contract, without having to give a reason for his/her decision.

Refund procedure

• The product must be returned no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice.
• The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
• The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.

Refund of the purchase price

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided proof that he has sent the goods back. The refund will be made in the same way as payment was made, unless the Buyer expressly requests otherwise.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The buyer does not have a right of withdrawal in the case of contracts which are subject to:

• goods made to the consumer's precise instructions or tailored to his or her personal needs;
• perishable goods or goods that have reached the end of their shelf life;
• sealed audio or video materials and computer programs, if the buyer has opened the security seal after delivery.
