Shipping policy

Delivery within Slovenia

We deliver ordered products throughout Slovenia using delivery services [GLS/Post of Slovenia/DPD - enter which one you use].

Delivery costs

For each shipment, we send the shipping price along with the item price.

Delivery time

Products that are in stock are dispatched within [1-3] working days after receipt of the order or payment (in the case of payment by invoice). The delivery time for products that are not in stock is longer and will be indicated next to the product or will be notified to you by e-mail.

Delivery abroad

We can also deliver products abroad. The cost and delivery time depend on the country and the delivery service you choose. You will receive details when you place your order.

Undelivered consignment

If the customer does not collect the package and it is returned to the company's address, the company may charge a re-delivery fee.

Damaged consignment

Please inspect the package upon collection. In case of damage (physical, missing contents or signs of opening), please file a claim directly with the delivery service and inform us at info@allflex.si.
